Refund policy

Due to the nature of my items, both digital and physical, I do not offer refunds. Digital files are automatically emailed out to you after they are purchased. I will not refund these in any situation. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 business days of it being delivered and I will do my best to fix the situation.

Refunds will not be given for orders that have not shipped yet. I am very transparent with my processing times and before making a purchase you must agree to my processing time terms.
